RESERVATIONS : 24 Hour advance notice is preferred.

WAITING CHARGES : $10.00 / 15 minutes
Waiting charges do not starts until 25 minutes past scheduled pickup time

ROUND TRIP WAITING CHARGES : $44.00 an hour (One hour waiting is free in a round trip)

ADDITIONAL TERMINALS : Free of charge

STOP OVER : $10 for each stop overs A stop over within a regular route of two destinations and not more than 15 minutes. 

CAR SEAT : Free of charge 24 hours in advance notice required. Also please specify what type of baby seat will be needed 

AFTER HOURS CHARGES : $10 Additional After hours are between 12 midnight to 6:00 am 

NO SHOW UP CHARGES : Please DO NOT leave the baggage claim area at the airport without calling us in order to avoid NO SHOW up charges. If the phone lines are busy, please leave detailed voice message. Full fare will be charged for no show up. 

NOTE : If your pick up is from a different location than airport, please make sure the vehicle has your full name displayed on it. 

CANCELLATIONS : Cancellations made prior to 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time are without any penalty. A cancellation made within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged full fare. 

SERVICE TERMINATION : The driver may terminate trip services due to inappropriate manners of the customer. There will be a full service charge. COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for delays or the termination due to weather conditions for delays or the termination due to mechanical breakdown of the Vehicle for any loss because of service delays or termination due to mechanical breakdown or weather conditions for delays or the termination due to natural disasters delays due to constructions and detours delays due to accidents on expressway for damage caused by sub-contractors for laptop damage for articles left in the limousine 

Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. The customer will be responsible for any fines . Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Additional $10 will be added for parking to all pick ups from airport terminals. GRATUITY : 20% Gratuity for the Chauffeur will be added to the fare.
